Storyline:

Eight years after Rakesh Mahadkar terrorized Mumbai withinside the film Ek Hasina Thi, a serial killer named Dheer Singh has emerged withinside the city. He is more violent and perilous than Rakesh ever was! But like his predecessor, Dheer furthermore wears a smiley-face masks each time he slips out of his domestic to look for his subsequent victim.
